Nutrition Counseling is dedicated to provide evidenced based nutrition science, behavior change coaching, and most up to date nutrition advice to help individuals with medical issues including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, kidney disorders, gastro-intestinal disorders, weight management and wellness nutrition. Some insurance plans are accepted with a physician's referral. Anita offers individual and group counseling, also employee and corporate wellness lectures to large groups.
