Welcome to the website for Lauren Kolesa, RD. Lauren is a Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Therapist based in Morris County, New Jersey. Nutrition Therapy is the practice of providing evidenced-based nutrition science, behavior change, lifestyle counseling and up-to-date nutrition advice to correct or improve certain conditions. Individuals who may benefit from nutrition therapy include those with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, gastro-intestinal disorders, obesity, food intolerance or anyone interested in enhancing his or her overall health and wellness. Lauren conducts individual and family lifestyle counseling, corporate wellness lectures and program development, and serves as a resource for health and wellness articles.
