Welcome to the website for Lauren Kolesa, RD. Lauren is a Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Therapist and Nutrition Consultant serving Morris County, New Jersey and the surrounding area. Nutrition Therapy is the practice of providing evidenced-based nutrition science, behavior change, lifestyle counseling and up-to-date nutrition advice to correct or improve certain conditions. Individuals who may benefit from nutrition therapy include those with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, gastro-intestinal disorders, obesity, or anyone interested in enhancing his or her overall health and wellness. Some insurance plans are accepted with a physician's referral or prescription. Lauren offers individual counseling, employee and corporate wellness lectures, program development, health and wellness fairs, and acts as a nutrition resource for health and wellness articles.
